Matchday  Hospitality – FAQs

When will I receive my tickets?

We aim to post physical packages via DPD Next Day Delivery 7 days prior to the event. E-Tickets will be sent via email 5 days prior to the event.

Is there disabled access at my venue of choice?

A large proportion of the venues we use have a limited number of disabled places, please inform your account manager at the time of booking if you have a disabled guest so that we can ensure their needs are catered for.

Is parking included in my booking?

Parking is included with many event packages. However, it very much depends on the venue and the specific package.

Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?

We will be in contact with you prior to the event to ensure that all dietary requirements are known and ensure that the correct arrangements can be made.

Can I alter my booking at a later date?

Please review our Terms and Conditions.

Is there a minimum or max number of people you can cater for?

There are no minimum numbers for an event, although certain facilities will have minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is dependent on the event and the facilities available but we regularly cater for very large parties.

Do you provide hospitality to any overseas events?

We can source official packages for almost any sporting event. Email for further details.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities.

Is there a dress code?

In general, the dress code for all hospitality events is smart casual. Some additional guidelines for certain venues apply and are detailed below.

There is no strict dress code within Club Wembley, the One Twenty Club and the Bobby Moore Club, with the exception of the wearing of replica club colours. To help make your event day a safe and enjoyable occasion for all we would like to remind you and your guests that replica club colours are not permitted for club matches.

Jeans, trainers, shorts and fancy dress are not permitted. In the traditional Goodwood way, ladies are encouraged to dress stylishly but with a relaxed feel. A floating dress or an elegant top and trouser/skirt combination will suit any of the racedays. Hats are a welcome addition. We advise that stiletto heels are not worn due to the undulating terrain at the racecourse. Gents are kindly asked to wear a jacket accompanied by a tie, cravat or polo-neck sweater. Boys aged 16+ are required to follow the dress code for gentlemen whereas boys aged 7-15 years are kindly encouraged to wear a collared shirt.
